Swimming Pool Water Quality Assurance Services

pt  environmental provides immediate physical and chemical water analyses and microbiological sampling for analyses of spas and swimming pools at your facility.

This service will provide instant information on the quality of your water and also an independent check on the performance of you current testing practices.

Physical and chemical water quality

pt environmental provides the following standard test range for pools and spas :- chlorine (free and total), pH, calcium hardness, alkalinity, total dissolved salts, temperature, cyanuric acid and saturation index. Other parameters such as bromine,   redox, copper, iron etc. can be added if required.

Microbiological Sampling and Water Quality

Sampling carried out and correctly preserved samples delivered to a NATA accredited laboratory for the analyses of Heterotrophic Plate Count, Coliforms and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Cryptosporidium, staphylococcus, legionella etc can also be sampled and analysed by a NATA  facility if required by the public health authority.

Reporting

Verbal advice will be provided to pool operators on the day, ensuring water quality tests (phys/chem) are in accordance with the Regulations*.

A report detailing the results for each spa and pool will be electronically provided, combining all     chemistry and microbiological data, highlighting   outliers,  indicating recommended guidelines and provide  limited advice on treatment.
